 Every Month

· Help Ross librarian to distribute library books to the housebound

· Lions social activities

 March

· Race Night - Hosted the annual Race Night event at the Chase Hotel, with films, a draw & Auctions, raised nearly £1,600

 April

 · Ross Round Walk - Charity walk in support of the Acorns Children’s Hospice and local charities. The sponsored walkers raised over £2,000

 June

· Lions Collection Day - held at Morrison’s.

· Ross Hospital fete - Lions stall raised £66

· Quiz night raised £122

· Pub collection raised £15

· Bandstand collection raised £31

 July

· Merton House Fete - Lions stall raised £55

 August

· Ross Carnival - Lions stalls & Duck Race. We raised over £1,000

 November

· Bonfire Night - This is our main fund raising event of the year. Held at the Chase Hotel with bonfire, fireworks, hotdogs, drinks etc. we raised almost 8,000 this year.

 December

· Santa’s Grotto – Lions hosted Santa’s weekend visits to Pengethley Garden Centre throughout December – Raised £1,600

· Tree of remembrance placed in Heritage centre – raised £25

· Christmas lunch provided to the elderly
